Are Tesco Direct any good for DVDs

Never used Tesco to order DVDs before, and was a bit put off when customer services told me that Tesco Direct use couriers for certain items. This wouldn't be a problem if I was at home during the day to take delivery of course. I'm specifically looking at ordering a DVD boxset and wondered whether anyone knows if Tesco usually use couriers for items like this rather than Royal Mail, or does it just apply to larger household items??
Thanks in advance.

Tesco Jersey can be OK, but amazon, sendit.com or play.com always turns out to be cheaper.

P.S. they use Royal Mail for Tesco Jersey

Thanks. Yes Play and Amazon are usually cheaper, but on this occasion Tesco are significantly cheaper. Unfortunately the title isn't availalbe from Tesco Jersey. So, if anyone out there has ever ordered a boxset of DVDs from Tesco Direct, or regularly orders DVDs from them, do they use Royal Mail or Courier?

Just had a DVD delivered from them today, came by Royal Mail.

i had boxset send and it came through royal mail
