are tesco grocery hotting up? how many accounts do you have? had your £10 promo code refused?

hi, it seems tesco grocery may be tightening the belt!
i have 9 accounts and recently had to ring customer services up about an order and they said they would not honour the next time i use the code xxafft as all i was doing was changing my e-mail to get the discount.
i have also heard about peolpe being refused the £10 discount!

    anyone else had similar experiences?

    thanks

u're lucky..they were tightening up a few yrs back when they stopped the 1000point codes...lot of people got caught out then

Tesco refused me a £12 voucher after delivery about a year ago and haven't used them since, I got sent a 25% off ocado voucher today (one use only, sorry guys!) so will be using them. Ocado send me vouchers all the time, plus they price match Tesco on loads of products.

That's when I stopped. Although I did manage to get £2000 in deals and had a 2 week holiday in Florida paid for

it just seems so un-fair that we do not get the discount that new customers get!

How is it unfair?!?! You of all people, having used it 9 times, should be feeling pretty pleased that you got away with it for so long.

Not sure if people know this, but sainsburys offer 50p topcashback per groceries order, I know it's not a lot but for regular customers it will add up and is for existing customers which is unusual.

I guess 50p is a drop in the ocean for them considering they charge for delivery too. Still, if you do a weekly shop it is a tidy little return of £26 a year.
