Argos complaint

Anyone have an address i can right a complaint too ? Preferablly someone high up that wont send me back a stupid standard letter. Not wanting to email them either,

Chances are the higher you go the less chance it will get addressed. Start at the bottom, this way you have more ammo when you take it to the next level because it hasn't been resolved.

Can I ask what the problem is, Im assuming its a serious complaint if you want to contact one of the top guys?

Is it concerning a store issue, or argos direct?

Im awaiting a refund , which i have been waiting on since 18th of January. within this time period i have went without a main television as this is what i had returned for the second time. Every time i phone up i get told something different and get passed from department to department.

If you can, take your argos direct receipt into your local store, ask to speak to a manager or team leader, tell them your situation. We get through to different advisors to what you would, that hopefully will be able to help. If the refund hasnt been actioned, then you could ask for a refund to be processed there and then in store.

I would always advise anyone with a argos direct issue, to go to their local store, and 9/10 times they can get things sorted for you.
