Evening everyone,

Hoping someone can clear this up for me. I've read on the Argos website that the confirmation email is my receipt and I've read this from other comments on here several months ago.

However after collecting my FastTrack order today, the receipt which I received from the machine has the product information and on the rear it says to retain the receipt as it is proof my purchase and guarantee. So if I needed to return could I just use that receipt rather than having to refer to my email?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your replies. I was rather hoping the receipt given in store by machine would be enough without the email however that doesn't appear to be the case. Everything I've read says the email is the receipt.

In my local we don't have a machine that prints receipts for fast track we just go to counter with collection code and person hands overs goods. If you paid online for goods then collected then ur email is your receipt, if u reserved online and paid in store the instore receipt is what u need and not the email.

It's through ur account on Argos site so it's stored there

Just returned a purchase yesterday, the email was sufficient.
