Argos gift card and Nectar Points multi-payment

I have an Argos gift card, Love2Shop gift card and Nectar Points. I forgot to use my Nectar Points when I made an order so I cancelled the order to order it again and I have now found out that it isn't possible to use an Argos or Love2Shop gift card when Nectar Points are used

Does anyone know where I could buy an Argos gift card (online instant delivery would be best) using Nectar Points? Do any of the places accepting Nectar Points as payment sell them, other than Argos itself which won't take Nectar Points as payment for an e-gift card?

FYI - The T&C's have changed on the way you can use nectar points and egift cards together

Spending Nectar points online

11.17 You can spend from 500 (£2.50) to 40,000 (£200) Nectar points in one transaction online. Your Nectar points can be spent in 500 points/£2.50 increments, unless your purchase is under the £200 maximum points spend limit, when the Nectar points in your account can be used to cover the entire purchase price.

11.17.1 To redeem Nectar points online you’ll need to link your Argos and Nectar accounts – please visit argos.co.uk/nectar

11.17.2 Once you select to pay with Nectar, any remaining balance will need to be paid in full with a credit/debit card. You are unable to use a gift card or Argos Business card, to pay the remainder. (edited)

Thank you for this, almost wasted my money. 11.17.2 seems silly to me and I'll be buying a high value item elsewhere as a result.

From the T&Cs, you should be able to use the gift card.

11.19.2 Any remaining balance will need to be paid in full. You can pay any remaining balance online with Argos Gift Card or credit/debit card (including Argos Card, but not Argos for Business card).

Thanks, unfortunately that wasn't the case when I tried re-ordering. I'll contact Argos tomorrow on live chat or phone call and refer to this. Thanks again
