Just wasted 30 mins waiting for an answer to a simple question on the Argos Online Chat. I just kept getting one of 3 lines - Thank you for your patience, One moment please, Someone will be with you shortly. Nobody ever did. Easily the worst online chat experience I ever had . Just wondering if anyone else had this experience
