i ordered my shopping to come today between 2-4pm
i am still waiting and after 3 phone calls to a call centre somewhere having no luck
i have checked the bank and moneyhas been taken from my account
the person from the call centre says that there are no delays from the store
why am i still waiting why is nobody returning my calls
what can i do about this as this is not the first issue with asda in 3 wks
any advice please would help me


Are you able to find the store number direct, thru or something? A manager there might have a better idea what has happened to your shopping, rather than someone in a call centre miles away.

At the very least, you should get your delivery charge refunded, but I'd be pushing for say another £10 off for the inconvenience, if they wanted to keep my custom.

i used a voucher to get free delivery
last time they cleared my bank account and left me with no money all weekend
they paid my fees and said id never use them again
silly me a

should always read the small print....especially with American owned companies:

6 Delivering Your Goods

6.1 We always aim to deliver Your products within the delivery slot We have agreed with You, but We cannot accept liability if We deliver the products outside of this slot or don’t deliver all or any of the products in Your order.

i have no phoned the store and spoke to a human being who has imformed me that a van has broken down and are putting my shopping in a mini cab
they must of known earlier than this
how do i know this driver will not go through my shopping and he will have all my details not very security
they offered me a £10 e- voucher

Better than a slap in the face I suppose :whistling:

I've had this with tesco - vans broken down, driver ran away (and left the van and contents) , and have ended up collected the shopping myself or cancelling. And I don't use the service that often!! Never had any problems with Asda or regarding refunds from any of them though.

i had asda deliver my online shopping once and once only

when it arrived i signed for it took it indoors and when unpacking it the uncooked meat (chicken and steaks) leaked blood over about 4/5 bags of stuff i rang them straight away and explained what had happened and said i wasnt pre-pared to use any of the stuff that had the meat blood over it

they didnt hesitate in refunding all my shopping bill minus the alcohol even though i did explain not everything had blood on them so the customer service i found very good just wouldnt use again as its inconvient to wait for the money to go bank into the bank and then go shopping anyway
