One of my ASOS parcels has not been delivered. The track your order section shows it was out for delivery by Hermes on 2 December and "awaiting courier receipt" I logged into my ASOS account and under my order it says "looks like our customer care team need to help you with this one" I had to click "where is my order" I entered in additional info that I had not received it. After submitting it said I would hear back within 48 hours. 48 hours have passed and heard nothing back. ASOS obviously know there is a problem so don't know why I still had to contact them. My question is does anybody know what I should do now. I can't find a phone number for ASOS so do I just keep emailing them ? Would love to know if anybody else has had this problem and how they sorted it/how long it took. Thanks in advance

Try tweeting them or messaging them on Facebook page, I always do that if a problem and they have a team answering queries xxx

hermes are having huge problems due to the sheer volumes of parcels they've been receiving- I'm still waiting for 3 parcels from debenhams from around the same date.

still, contact asos and see what's going on

The strange thing is I received 3 parcels from them that had been ordered after the one that is missing. I suspect it's either in delivery persons car or they have mistakenly given it with another parcel to someone else. This is why I hate ordering online, I hardly shop online.

these things don't happen too regularly, I think you probably just got unlucky
I personally find it too much of an effort to get out the house and go to town, when I can do it from my sofa!

Sounds like same thing just yours was with boots. The thing is ASOS know something is wrong as on my account page it actually says contact care team. I'm going to tell them to refund my money, but it takes longer to get refund than it does to pay lol thanks

ASOS have said parcel is lost and are now sending replacement

hermes have been terrible in this run up to christmas, just had issues with asda direct who tried to tell me the two jumpers i ordered was damaged in transit....

I ordered a watch from TK MAX who posted it with herms on herms tracking my parcel is showing as delivered & signed for! This is not the case it clearly wasn't delivered to my house or signed for at my address I eventually got on live chat with herms customer service who kept saying I have to get in-touch with Tkmax Even though herms are the people who should be able to trace were it was dilivered
Anyway it's now in the hands of TK max who should of got back intouch by this afternoon but looks like it's going to be upto me to contact them again

I just read in daily mail today about all back logs of deliveries due to Black Friday . I guess lots of parcels have gone missing too. What a joke that it says delivered and signed for when you have not recieved it. My friend also had same thing happen to her, can't remember who she had ordered from. Best delivery company I have had things from are DPD, they text you an hourly slot for when parcel will be delivered. You can fully track where the delivery van is compared to where you are and even tells you what number delivery drop off you are and the number drop off currently being made, it's brilliant but I guess service like this comes at a premium , still it would save companies in the long run if parcels don't go missing. Wonder if hermes have to pay for items that get lost. Puts me off online shopping. I hope you get it all sorted. As earlier answer suggested try Twitter or facebook page if tkmaxx have one .
