ASOS premier not working

So I signed up to ASOS yesterday and signed up for the premier delivery for £9.99. My order is due for delivery Tuesday, but everytime I try to make another order it’s still trying to charge me for the premier delivery and still asking me to upgrade.
Anybody had this before or got any ideas?

Have done, they’re response is 5-7 days for a reply
Im surprised theyre even still offering premier delivery with so many delivery places getting delayed with the numbers of parcels

I had similar issue with PLT. It was because when I signed up ordered and paid for royalty I didn’t have an account so they couldn’t link it to my email. Quick message to customer service they linked it to my account x
