so apparently the house has been blacklisted for some reasons and the customer service isnt helpful either and they have even blocked my account after i ordered some stuff yesterday due to suspicious activity even though it is quite old account and had many deliveries at my previous address without any issues. i always shop at asos and i dont know what i can do to fix the issue.

Literally 5 minutes after i ordered and paid they cancelled the order and blocked my account for suspicious activity. Customer service told me that they cannot deliver to this address due to it being blacklisted in the system.





Out of interest, I added some things to basket and chose click and collect. There are 11 places within 2 miles I can pick up from. So I suggest you do that

Why don't you speak to Asos customer service and explain that you are an existing customer who has just moved to this blacklisted address and you would like the blacklist removed?

Seems logical to me...

    Sorry if this a stupid question? But if your paying for the stuff up front (I assume you are) what does it matter to them which address you want it to be sent to?

    Most likely abuse of returns or chargebacks from the address. So yes you pay up front but if someone previously ordered 100s of items and returned 99% of them then that's extremely costly to the business - so you ban them.

    Perhaps previous occupants kept using denial of delivery and asos became wise to it. Can't you use a local collect point?

    Got like 10£ gift card balance plus have that premium delivery option which i paid 9.99 for. Anyway i think that will be my only option after all. Thanks for your help guys much appreciated 🙏

    I did try that considering i had a good history with them. They said its upto the customer validation team which has been contacted already.
