Audio Question - Multiple sound inputs to multiple outputs

Hi,
Not sure if anyone can share some advice / guidance.
Looking for a gadget (if one exists) that would take multiple inputs (TV, Laptop, Consoles x 3) and allow me to select the audio output to a different device (various headphones, desktop speakers etc).
3.5mm, optical, USB would be good inputs
3.5mm and USB good outputs (multiples of).

Does such a thing exist?!
