    BAD COMPANY HITLIST........

    In a past few weeks i have had rubbish customer service and general product service i've decided to name and shame the companies feel free to vent your own personal company anger!

    1. Barclays Fraud team - was meant to call me back in 48 hrs never did!

    2. Barclays Fraud team - meant to send me fraud claim forms and still haven't!

    3. Barclays Fraud team - for allowing fraud payments to go though, but stopping my legitimate purchasing mmmm surely thats meant to be the other way round!

    Barclays bank thats 3 strikes......surely its time i changed banks?

    4. Carphone Warehouse online customer service - Told me i needed to go into store to check my 02 contact details. When in fact when i got to the store all they did was call 02! mmmm nice advice guys!

    5. Match.com - for charging me £65 for an account i closed 2 yrs ago!

    6. Novatech - For charging me £16 for Saturday delivery and wasted a saturday waiting for parcelforce who never turned up (thanks for wasting my saturday guys!)

    7. Parcelforce - for not updating their tracking on the website apparently my parcel is still out for delivery mmmm i doubt that guys!

    8. 02 - for sending me my contract details STILL WRONG! (WTF!)


    sometimes i wish i could just live in a mud hut somewhere away from the EEEJITS of the world!

    Vodafone Customer Service Dept........... Because everything in life seems to be more important than giving customers' service.

    BT........... Couldn't find their own **** with both hands and a map.

    Couple of weeks ago I had Lloyds TSB Fraud team ring me on my mobile and tell me someone was trying to withdraw a large sum from my account........had i lost my card?

    I politely informed them it was me and could they tell the cashier to hurry the **** up. :x lol

    Someone from Superbreak was supposed to be calling me after 2pm yesterday - still waiting!!

    APPLE. never called me back about my busted mac. GRRR overrated mass produced pap

    It just shows companies are getting worse and more concerned about taking your money. I think a new bigger company needs to be formed but not to provide items but to provide customer service for the other companies with internal customer services. This way there is one goal for the customer service company(CSC) and thats to provide us with decent customer service on behalf of the companies. The (CSC) is then funded by the other companies! just an idea........

    And 'three' (of course).

    I have a big list including the DVLA, HSBC
    but a main one for me is Orange
    I bought a phone from them in May 2008 for £29.99, it's a good phone actually
    and when i bought it the guy said i will be getting £55 free credit on my phone as a loyalty bonus because i had been with them for many years and topped up a lot
    After one month i got nothing and tried to call and see if i could get it, and then it was a back and forth thing with the customer services saying its the shops duty to fix it and the shop saying its the customer services duty blah blah

    i had called them around 15 times and travelled around 100 miles to the shop and back on a few occasions but nothing got done about it

    It has now been a year and a half and still i havent been given the credit
    Nice way to treat loyal customers right

    don't get me wrong they start off that way but they soon start blocking payments they shouldnt they're like parents you gotta keep phoning them and asking them to give me money to buy something!:w00t:
