Bad Practice by Sports Direct

I bought a jacket from Sports Direct posted on here as hot. I then received an e mail saying that it was out of stock and that they would credit my account.

I accepted that and bought another coat.

They then e mailed me a couple of days later saying that they had made a mistake and that they now had the coat and, without asking me if I still wanted it, sent it to me. It turns out they hadn't credited my account.

I have tried to complain to their e mail but received no reply,

Just in case there are anymore Sports Direct offers on here, you may like to take note!!!

Those guys are complete idiots. I ordered something off them through their Amazon store earlier ths year. A week later I had heard nothing so emailed them, then got a reply saying "sorry, out of stock". To cap it all they still had the Amazon listing up, and it was still there a month later. Complete morons.

And Amazon wouldn't let me leave negative feedback as the order was cancelled. Never again.
