No disputing the huge discount on this fine bottle.
Armagnac was used as a medicine in the olden days – and we believe this spectacular Armagnac by Baron de Lustrac will be the perfect antidote for a grand occasion. Distilled in 1921, expect this brandy to bursting with complexity and flavour. We say it’s been worth the wait.
Specialising in the finest vintage Armagnacs, Baron de Lustrac sources its extensive range from neighbouring estates in the Tenereze and Mas Armagnac regions. The traditional house keeps an ageing and bottling chais near Magnan, in the Bas Armagnac region, where all the Armagnacs are aged in 420 litre oak barrels and sold as single vintages. The grapes, which are only distilled if their growing conditions have been exceptional, are harvested from one particular year.
