What is the problem? It is your sole responsibility to get informed about import procedures and fees.

You would have thought the site being in German might give it away that there will be vat/import fees to pay later

Looks like some people did not get the memo from the Minister for Brexit Opportunities.

If it was in the weeks post-Brexit, I'd understand the confusion but we've had a lot of time to get our heads around VAT + Customs Charges by now

At least if we buy from Amazon EU or US stores on Amazon UK it's all sorted out at checkout (for most items).

Especially with the amount of posts in here about the exact same thing over the last couple years
