I wasn't able to find anything for our own visit earlier in the summer but having visited realise it's a charity that runs with a lot of volunteers. It's a fantastic place and worth every penny. I am sure the price for a family of four was £45 for a day or £60 for an annual pass, we chose to get the annual pass which was a good buy as it takes more than a day to see everything. We intend to use the pass again within the year.
thanks for that x
"did you know if you get a £5 discount on beamish if you show a valid bus ticket, so park at No place, or High Handenhold, get bus to beamish (1 stop) and get discounted entry."

I called them and they confirmed that it was true, although I've never seen it advertised anywhere. We were there on Monday, though as it was raining we didn't bother with the bus, absolutely fantastic place (I've been many times), kids loved it. It's worth every single penny of the admission fee IMO.
