Hi myself and my gorgeous family are looking for someone with a very kind andgenerous heart to loan us/give us a mortgage for a £80,000 house, we have £5000 to put towards it, but because of past discretions we are unable to get a mortgage in todays market, we are now in our 30's, and desperate for security for our young family.

If you are reading this and feel you fit the bill, ie: kind and feel you want and can help then please, please get in touch, we obviously dont want it for free, we can pay £450 a month for a £75,000 loan/mortgage...

we are hard working individuals, and just want, no need to make a better life for our gorgeous children.

    Many thanks in advance

They'll probably be in the sun or some other redtop tomorrow.

    lol.
    "because of past discretions"
    you shouldn't breed.

    Loan shark paradise this is!

Aww bless them if I was someone of money ie lottery winner or from a family with money then I would do it, you could run it all up with the solicitors etc and repossess the house if they don't keep up with the payments.
Or do something along the lines of buy the house myself, let them rent it off me for the 25 years and they get it if they keep up all the payments on time by the end of the term.

Ditto, I'd even help if i could only win such an amount ie lottery based, diving into the property market is a very good choice and with 100% tenants a rent to 100% own the house after duration would be a very nice gift.

These are people who due to the climate cannot better themselves through normal means so all credit to them for the idea (hell i know people who go on a site to get Americans to get boob jobs done via sponsors) this as stated is for their children be that true or not is negatable but like many others the credit crunch did kick a few people into arrears in the financial world.

There is lots of hard working people out there, who cant get a mortgage, what makes you so special. Ponces!

If I had a billion, I wouldn't lend you my ass wipings.

    Best wishes

    Jonny

They should just spend the £5000 on lottery tickets.

Odds of about 2800/1 of winning, possibly not the best idea. lol

Aren't we all in that boat. (Or potentially)

£80,000 what are they after in a house, the terrace houses in Middlesbrough are around that price...

And that isn't a nice area

We managed to get a mortgage just before hubby left Navy, We would never have a chance now. Banks would say no instantly. But I can't see why as we pay our mortgage every month and have never had any trouble paying it. Goes to show, many could cope with a mortgage its just getting the bank to risk lending to them.

I do wonder how the kids will ever be able to get a house though!
I agree with Jonny though. They no more special than every other person stuck in same boat.

Yeah that's the thing, most people who can't get a mortgage are normally already paying off someone else's mortgage in rent.

Indeed if wasnt for a bit of luck on my wifes side we would never have our own property and god help my son when his older it will be impossible by that point.

wait for evil mother in law to die like me....:D

i spent a £100 once on the lottery lucky dips and £70 on scratch cards, won £23 so will not be doing that again.

    Where's my cheque book?

Perhaps they should just rent like everybody else that can't afford to/doesn't want to buy.

Odds on winning the jackpot are over 14,000,000/1 :-/

Also it's a Fact that people who play the lottery have more chance of being killed on the way to buying the ticket than they have of winning the jackpot.

as said all your doing then is paying someone elses mortgage this would be a feasible idea.

I think part of the problem though is that mortgages are so cheap at the moment. Interest rates are next to nothing (well around 1% for me) but I can remember that they were once up at 15%.

An £80,000 loan would be around £70 a month in interest, if interest rates go up to even a fairly reasonable 5%, then that is a huge increase that makes a massive indent in peoples bank account.

And the benefit to me? Lenders have lending criteria for a reason.

The benifit would be that you would be helping someone else, you know that thing called being nice? O how quickly people are to forget simple things

    Has the listing been pulled?

Wish you would read the previous comments first. 14,000,000/5000=2,800

so they are the odds of scooping the jackpot if OP buys 5000 lottery tickets.

Yes true, We are loving this stage. Should really be paying more off it, but we have just been enjoying days out with kids and holidays. Luckily hubby has been putting extra away each month for when the interest rates shoot up. Just hoping it doesn't go sky high as too many will lose their homes.

I think this was the seller of the house just trying to promote it

I'd love to get on the property ladder more than anything for my Mrs and 3 children but it pains me to accept that it will never happen for us. Buy to letters and immigration has spoilt it for the rest of us.

Personally, I'd spend the money helping children who don't know where the next meal is coming from and who are dying on a daily basis from illnesses we pop pills for.

"because of past discretions we are unable to get a mortgage in todays market"

That's the teller. Should have kept their noses clean from the off. They need a reality check. Save more money and get a bigger deposit.
