Any info appreciated.

Thanks dnc1781--I'll not be buying a Beko then.

Beko use the cheapest parts to build thier products, hence why they are normally the cheapest......

I have a 30 min wash cycle on mine - it's the drying that takes the longest...

I had one off Comet auction site - inside the stainless steel drum the 'paddles' were plastic and clip-on, needless to say they broke off. Sent it back and got a Bosch from the same place - excellent with a 2 year warranty.

Beko's real trading name is arcelik but for some reason they don't use that brand over here. Its owned by Koc Holdings. Sorry but I always have to write that whenever I see the Beko brand name.

beko washing machines are always really cheap, we used to sell out when they were on offer, not too sure how good they are though. indesit washing machines are pretty cheap too, and made by the merloni group i think part of hotpoint can get one for about a hundred or so

and koc holding is a large company in Turkey and the brand Arcelik is well recognised and sells for its quality in Turkey.

I have a Beko tv and the parts inside the tv are phillips.

I have this machine and I am not very impressed - wouldn't recommend :x

It takes an absolute age even on time save and doesn't rinse properly.

I have a Beko washing machine don't recall the model# but its rubbish, enough said. I had a Servis one before that and that was quite good, next time I buy a kitchen appliance I ain't going skimp on the brand and put out a bit more cash than usually would.

i gotta be honest, my beko has lasted about 3 years. its never let me down really. the wash has been decent, and rinses ok. but i would not but another. i only mainly did small washes so that probably helped.
