bensonsworld trouble with customer service

    Right then firstly i purcased something from them and it arrived within a week however we no longer want the item in question so we emailed bensonsworld roughly 7 times within the first week and got no reply, We tried to phone them and it was always either engaged or no answer.

    Anyone got any ideas on what to do as i cant really return it without a RAN can i?



    I think you should've sent a recorded letter to them within the first 7 days. You may be able to argue with them that it's their fault for not responding but I think officially you have to notify them in writing within 7 days.


    Not much help now, but in future always follow things by a recorded letter as soon as
