Best Android smartphone for under £400

Looking for a new phone from UK seller as want the warranty.

As a guide here are my top 3 wants in my next purchase.....

1) Snappy processor
2) Battery
3) Camera

Any advice is appreciated

Mi 9T pro is an obvious contender. 399 from xiaomi UK and meets most of those. Camera is always subjective so thats harder to say definitely on.
