Best & Biggest Clothing Sales (after Christmas)

I'm getting money for christmas & planning to get loads of clothes in the sales, hopefully anyway.

Im from up north (cumbria) so we have the Trafford Centre, Metro Centre & Cheshire Oaks within a few hours.

Also got TK Maxx, Primark etc in lancaster & preston.

Locally we have river island, next, JD sports & Debenhams that stock the sort of cloths that I would be interested in.

So mainly jeans, t-shirts & zip up jumpers (cardigan type things)

Has anyone got any ideas where would be the best sort of place to go bargin hunting? After makes such as fred perry, henri lloyd, sonetti etc for the tops & not really bothered about jeans as long as they look nice. I picked some jeans up from next last year for £10 a pair so prices like this would be nice but I'm guessing you wont get top makes for this.

My mate went to a big shopping centre last boxing day & was getting fred perry jackets like this theclothesstore.com/jac…tml for about £18 but I cant remember where he said about.

So bargins like this would also be nice.

I'm guessing M&M Direct will have a decent sale as well?

Thanks for reading this & hopefully you can suggest somewhere to get me some good clothes  :santa:

The Boxing Day Next Sale is classic. Most stores open at 5am, and people will start queing from 4.30am or before even.

Its a laugh loads of freezing cold people lining up. However by 7am all the really good stuff will have gone.

We stock up with kids clothing at the Next sales, good clothes for a 1/3rd of the price

So you have to be there early then

I will ask my mum if she fancies a trip out, my sisters home so she might get up for it as well.

Are most shops like this? Debenhame etc?

    cheers

As far as I know its only Next that do it. But yeah its scary how many people turn out for it that early. But you really can get some very decent clothes for prices similar to Asda or Tesco. Very much worth a trip out.

My missus is asking everyone in the family for money just so she can go and spend in the Next sale

republic is my fave shop for clothes.
oh and dno if there is a Banque ( or is it bank i dnt rmemeber)near you? thats pretty ideal.

Might pop down then, quite good actually as I sleep at my dad on christmas which is quite close to town. I live about 15 minutes car journey away so if I set an alarm it should only take me 5 minus to get to next. THink I will do that. Earlier night though lol.

Im just getting money this year to save some & spend some in sales.

I dont think there is a bank or republic around here mate, thanks anyway. I think debenhams are having a sale on boxing day my mum has just said so might go there if I do walk into town.

I personally hate the Next Sale! I did the 5am thing once but its sooo busy and hectic that you can't find anything decent.

I now get VIP Sale invites through my email address as I have a Next Account and I can access the sale a day or two earlier than when the store sale starts so I can get the stuff I want without the stress of going to the store during the sale!

Can anyone get a next account & if so does it cost?

I could set one up with my mum.
