best camera for £150 mark

I have a cousin who wants one for £150... he wants if possible to include the 2gb card which is about £20 so £130 for the camera..
    any ideas?
I was looking to Canon PowerShot A530 but I don't like the desing much...

Get the Pentax Optio S6 from ] for £130 delivered if you use Super Saver. You can get a 2GB SD Card from ]] for about £21 delivered. So all in all only £1 over budget.

The Pentax is a great camera. Small, with excellent features and great battery life. Check out the review on Steve's Digicams.

Currys / Comet (I forgot which) were doing a Lumix with Optical Image Stabilisation for £150 a while back. Don't think the offer is still on though.

    ]THIS might suit:

    Panasonic Lumix DMC-LS2B features:

    [*]5.0 Megapixel CCD
    [*]3x Optical Zoom
    [*]3.8x Digital Zoom
    [*]Advanced Mega Optical Image Stabiliser
    [*]Large 2.0'' LCD Screen
    [*]Movie mode[/LIST]

but I don't like the look... looks cheap £99 inc vat

The same camera goes for £130 elsewhere. What's the best you've found so far?

My final offer. But it takes you over budget. But you are asking for Image Stabilisation which is typically a high end feature. I was amazed to find it in a camera costing under £100!
