On ear? Over ear? Wireless?

I have just purchased Bose QC35. I got a price match with John Lewis (£329) for £287 with Peter Tyson. We also looked at the Sennheiser Momentum 2 wireless on ear (£329) and Sony MDR100X at £309. Our local JL has them on the counter for you to try on and listen to. The Bose were the ones we chose purely because they were for us the most comfortable. We've had Bose before and like them.

If you find some you like, try the price match with JL as their guarantee/after sales is second to none.

Yes, on ear wireless headphones is what I'm after, so did you get them for £287? How are u finding the headphones?
I would recommend a google search on best headphones, you can find out a lot of information and reviews for different products.
There are also specialist sites like headfi - basically if you want the best then you need to do a lot of research, read lots of reviews, careful as some people will post a negative review without being clear on what's wrong with the product. (i.e not enough bass - probably from someone who doesn't really appreciate good music, or sent it back after two days, most people know it takes more than a few days listening for the headphones to 'warm up/settle' to their best sound).

You find his headphones in both the links I gave you.

innerfidelity.com/con…one

head-fi.org/thr…27/

The only real way to know if you like a headphone is to try them, reviews and comments help narrow things down but it's all subjective. It helps if you know what sound signature you like, V shaped, U shaped, flat, etc.

I would always recommend buying from Amazon because it's so easy to return them if you don't like them.

FYI - the QC35 doesn't support aptX, but it does support AAC, so its a good idea to find out what your device supports, otherwise it will use SBC, iOS devices support AAC.

Just found V-MODA Crossfade Wireless for £149 which is pretty cheap for these, they also use AAC. I actually own these and would recommend them at that price.
