Best headphones for techno/bass?

Found 11th Oct 2015
So i am looking for a pair of good headphones for a reasonable price...
I mostly listen to Trap/House/Electro (Techo in general) and sometimes rap.
At first i was thinking of the Sennheiser Momentums any thoughts/suggestions?

I have not tried them, but they claim to be aimed more towards club music

If I had to listen to any of that I'd choose these-

I'd recommend any siennheiser headphones, I've had beats pro and they don't come close to the quality of the siennheiser.

These ones apparently very slightly leak sound but judging by the reviews they seem great.

Yeah, they're open sadly, not good for commuting.

The problem with buying headphones online is that you never really know how they sound until you have tried them on yourself. Although i have found these Headphones and they are looking really neat
Wouldn't be fair on the public if those AKG 's leak sound!
let us know what you go for + small review

I would love to pop in-store and try out some headphones although i live more on the country side (_;)
So i have decided to go with the Sony MDR-XB950BT
I have ordered the Sony XB950BT they should come around the 23rd - 26th.
The headphones arrived today and for people like me who like the extra bass you can't go wrong with these!
I can hardly say anything bad about them to be honest, the sound quality was outstanding the bass being the strongest and the punchiest out of all although the clarity was there at the same time on genres of music such as Metallica. (Although the bass boost can overpower sometimes)
As for the built quality goes although it is mainly a plastic construction they feel sturdy and robust they don't feel cheap or flimsy. The headband is made out of metal so that gives the construction a bit more strength and you can stretch the headphones without them braking. I also liked how they fitted on my head, it was quite a comfortable tight fit so no sound leaks out and it is perfect on walks and such. On each earcup there is a bass vent near the top of the cup.
All in all money well spent. I would recommend these any day!
