I have some childrens tv .avi that I want to put on a dvd for my son, what's the best dvd making software to do this? It just needs to have a main title screen with a small picture for each different program, which when clicked on will start that one?

CovertXtoDVD!! Best software IMO out there!!

Easier to buy a divx/xvid capable dvd player, should cost around £30, will be a lot quicker in the long run. Also look at players with usb ports, just plug in a pen drive - no need to burn a disc

No probs...Make sure you get a "good" version as the free ones will have watermarks!! You can pay for it or other ways of getting it!!

Windows DVDMaker is good (and free) if you have Vista Home Premium.
