Found 5th Dec 2016
Was thinking of selling my laptop and iPad as rarely use them as have a desktop pc. Would then buy a laptop/tablet hybrid which id use a lot more for work.
Was thinking of a Microsoft surface pro but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions?
Main things I'd be doing would be Microsoft office and internet browsing (including java/flash related elearning stuff!)
Battery life is also important
Thanks

Depends what sort of screen sizes you are after. Any particular features you want. Do you want a rigid keyboard dock or is the less rigid option that you see on the surface models acceptable? Obviously you're talking Surface pro prices but which sort of bracket of prices are you looking at as they start fairly reasonable to very expensive.

Dell Venue 11 pro is worth considering if battery life is important as the dock can massively add to the running time if you're out and about. They come up on the dell outlet quite a lot with well specified models for a fraction of the cost of a surface too.

I was looking at surface pro 3 second hand at around £500 but cheaper would be better haha! A less rigid option of keyboard would be fine. Looking for a 10-12 inch screen not too bothered.
No features in particular just fairly quick for working on simple tasks and good battery life.
