Try searching there are loadsa threads on this about. I posted in one last week.

Post Office is good.. I've found them having good exch rates + buy back

Try ]these guys if you're in London - They beat every1 including the PO

go on to moneysavingexpert they have a travel money maximiser which checks the internet rates every day i found that m&s came tops pretty much everyday and the po was pretty poor

I Have Heard M&s Is The Best Or The Best Is Nationwide Flex Account Or Credit Card And Drawing From Atm Abroad No Charges And Nationwide Dont Rip Off Customers With Exchange Rate And Give Them What They Buy The Money For Which Is Very Good Rate

Post Office credit card is best according to MSE for use abroad, better than Nationwide in the USA.

You also get £20.50 for taking out a PO card with Quidco at the moment, I travel Xmas day, getting a few $ from M&S or crowncurrencyexchange.com/con…asp

the rest on the card.
