Best place to get reconditioned/cheap laptops?

Found 14th Oct 2009
A friend of our is looking to get a laptop for their son, for Christmas. They have a budget of £150-£200. I suggested getting a re-conditioned one, or maybe looking at netbooks. It'll mainly be used for school work (also suggested MS Office Enterprise edition for £35, from software4students, before offer runs out this month)

Any Recommendations appreciated.
Thanks

bigpockets do some for that sort of money, or you could just scour ebay. i got a Dell D620 for £200 which is in excellent condition, core2duo, wifi, bluetooth, dvd, 14" widescreen and genuine vista AND xp. there always a good few of em on ebay and they are pretty reliable laptops.

Hi, try here, always popping up with good deals....
