    Best product for protecting decking

    Should have done this when i laid it this time last year never did luckily it still looks as new

    which of the many oils e.t.c would people suggest

    we used cuprinol decking paint on ours last summer and to be honest it looked stunning until we had the bad snow and now it needs doing again , it looks scruffy with patches all over the place.
    Ive been told now we should have used the decking oil not the paint and just kept oiling it once a year

    I've used this over the last 2 days and the decking has come up a treat!

    avoid cheap cuprinol or ronseal products they dont even last 6 months

    My mate once did his with something, dont know what it was but it all peeled and looked a mess. I think it must of been something that coated the wood instead of soaking in.

    Be careful what you choose, or you could screw it up.

    This what we use on our decking too, does a good job
