Best router to replace BT HH6?

Found 27th Mar 2017
I am having issues with my BT HH6. It has already been replace once, but I am still getting stabilty issues. The router would just go onto the yellow light for hours sometimes and restarting it doesnt help.
Its not with the phone line as I have tried switching to the HH3 during the problem and it works fine. When I switched back to HH6, the problem still exists. Then after a while it starts working again. Its starting to get annoying and Ive had enough of these BT homehubs, so Im looking to buy a different one.

Any suggestions?

Depending on how much you use your internet I would recommend this as its cheap and cheerful, just read the reviews

A Potato...

Seriously, I had the same issue with BT's hubs and I tried mashing the cables into a Potato, im sure i got a tiny bit of internet at one point.

Joking aside I'm using one of these, its a bit overkill but i like the features:

Thanks. But this doesnt have a built in modem.
Can't you use the hh3 in a modem setup and you hh6 for everything else ?
