Best set up for mobile 4g to provide wifi for a house rather than a landline?

I like the idea of having it sitting on a window sill facing the mobile phone mast, & having a decent sized high gain antenna.

I also like the idea of being able to use smart controls, which doesn't seem to be available if just using a dongle or mi-fi rather than a router.

Any suggestions?
