best supplement for muscle gain??

Hey everyone.

Which suuplements do you guys think/use for muscle gain, I'll probably be training about 4-5 times a week.
left training for a bit and returning back to it, never used to use any supplements before and didnt really need to but want to look leaner for a holiday in 8 weeks time

LOLLL at both of you, but think il be going for strawberry..... flavour (which ever supplement i do go for)

what happens if you drink this stuff but dont train, do you just get fat?

That's food, not supplements.

I use Hurricane XS from Myprotein, BCAA+ and L-Glutomine.

Throw in the right vitamins and eat clean foods.

But seriously,

Holland and Barrett 90% soya powder. Compare % of ingredients with the other types.

Add skimmed milk, blitz it and add it to a mixture of bran flakes and muesli and chopped banana.

Yum!

NB not suitable if you have egg allergy.

Ripped!

Take reflex micro whey after training and eat well, try some drop sets.

no one knows then i take it!!!
