Does anyone know of a cheap holiday insurance company who does not charge a massive excess?
I have done comparisons on MSE, Meerkat, and checked some out and came up with some deals from £10.25 for a single trip worldwide inc USA and from £22 annual worldwide policy but when you go to click to buy it, the excess is major!!
In some cases excess was more than they offer to pay out? ie they will cover you for £100 cash but excess is £200!!
I did see one called a2z on MSE comparison for £75 excess but there was a problem with the site and it would not take my payment and when I tried again later it had gone......

I hope someone will have an idea as I am going on 26th April until 7th May and time is running out so anyone with advice would be great please?

These are very good companies to use for travel insurance and have used in the past, I now have full international cover with my Lloyds account which has AA cover, Travel international, Mobile phone cover etc.

Let me know how you get on.

Thanks hon I think I have found someone now although when I went to take out cover the FAQ said you can do it without declaring Pre-existing medical conditions but when I went all through it it then asked me to declare I don't have one!!! and of course no answer on phone.....

This is with Travel Insurance Web only £18.95 for a lot of cover and only £60 excess so hope to get it tomorrow...............
