Best Way to Get New 02 Contract

Found 29th May 2007
Hi,

Looking for a new O2 contract once my partners 12 months run out.

The existing deal was a nice cashback deal with The Link.

I think we want a low cost monthly or will go PAYG.

I hear O2 retentions offer some good deals, any one any experience, what is the number to call?

We need around 30 mins and 50 txt per month, no new phone is required.

Sadly we cannot move to another provider and we need to keep those monthly outgoings down so a cashback deal isnt really for us.

I hope someone can help....

Kind regards, markluk

I've just got 300 anytime minutes, 500 texts and a brand new W850i for £15 a month, just for threatening to leave. Ask for your PUK code, tell them you're off to a competitor and be firm about what you want, at worst case scenario you'll have your PUK code (you don't have to do anything with it and it runs out in 30 days) giving you the option of changing provider but chances are they'll do anything to keep you...

he means PAC code

Thanks for the reply.

Does anyone know the best number to call retentions on?

Also can you move an O2 contract number to a PAYG easily?

Thanks
