Am wondering what the best device is, to view sky go through my TV?

Currently have my PC hooked up to my TV, occasionally the picture seems to jump slightly as if there's a refresh rate issue or similar. The PC is now fairly old, but I've upgraded the graphics card to a slightly newer (but still basic) one, with an HDMI output.

Considering just buying an Xbox as my last suffered RROD and i never bothered to replace.

Also have just bought/ordered the Nexbox A95X , but i'm given to understand this wont support Sky Go...

Cheers

Don't think you can view Sky Go on the TV through any device.
Otherwise, people would sign up to Sky and give their Sky Go details to family and friends so they would be able to have it for nowt.

Consoles, Xbox, PlayStation. You need sky go extra to watch on a console though.

My Samsung tablet run though a HDMI mirrors what's on the screen
Used to use it for Mobdro and kodi so would assume would work on sky go

Blocked on Sky Go app can't mirror via Chromecast either.

Does this mean it's possible to set up an Xbox in another house and be able to watch Sky assuming I had Sky Go Extra?
Thanks.

Yes the console does not need to be in the same house, just remember Sky go has a limited amount of channels.

Yes. I have an old xbox 360 that is used for that very reason.

I connect Sky Go from my laptop to TV via HDMI all the time.

I just cancelled multiroom and now use my PS3 upstairs with Sky Go. Personally find it better as I can now watch boxsets (the standard Sky HD box does not have boxsets) and all the channels I would watch (sports/movies/few entertainment channels) are all on there. Also nice to be able to use the controller like a remote (can't do that on Laptop connected to the TV).

You do need Sky Go extra though, which is a pain - costs me £5 a month.

Thanks,
What I am trying to do is download some programs from Sky Go or my planner on to my laptop for when I go on holiday.
