Is this with or without Inheritance Tax?

father is leaving 70k and son gets 45% ?

70 divided by 10 = 10% = £7k

7k times by 4.5 = 45% = £31.5k

that what u wanted brah?

55% = 70K then so
1% = 70K/55 so
100% = (70k/55) * 100
= £127272

No he wants to know what the 45% will be.

70k is 55% of the money

1% = 70,000 / 55

so, 1% = £1,272

1,272 x 100 = 100%

So initial amount was £127,272
