I know you say you're down to 4, but have you looked at Halfords?
    halfords.com
They've got a few great deals on bikes. There's a Reebok Mountain bike £319.99 down to £139.99 and with respect, is much better spec than all of those you have listed.
If you can stretch a tad more, they have good deals on Carrera bikes too, which again are much much better specs and will last longer.
I don't work for Halfords by the way, just saw them earlier ;-)

I saw them but didn't think Reebok was "known" for its MTB's

I agree it's not, but the parts look/read good quality and they give you a standard years warranty and you can extend it further if you want (I think). The front suspension is a bit of a winner too.

This is the time of year when 2011 MTBs are just coming in, my advice maybe save up a little more over the next month or so then buy a 2010 bike at a good discount, buy an issue of MBUK or MBR around about the November issue on sale in October, and you are bound to find online retailers listed with sales on 2010 MTBs.

So are you saying that none of these are any good?, as they are mostly 2010 bikes I think

I am saying you would get more bang for buck by waiting , as in a £300 mountain bike for £200 because its a 2010 model instead of a 2011.

You'd have been better starting your own thread rather than bumping a 2+ year old one. Also I can't understand your post, some punctuation and real words might help.
