Blackberry o2 bolt on. Any good?

I always thought a blackberry contract would be expensive, but spotted that you can get a deal at the moment for £20 a month (and £100 quidco) which includes the Blackberry bolt on.
Is this going to be better than having a normal phone (like the 5800?) for internet access etc? Or is it going to be the same performance, with the added benefit of emails popping in automatically?
    Any advice appreciated.

push email seems pretty redundant these days

    BlackBerry Unlimited
Fair usage policy applies (200Mb a month). Tariff excludes O2 Active (WAP) browsing, using your device as a modem and web browsing on BlackBerry Connect™ devices.

Does that mean that it is pretty rubbish? 200mb doesnt go far these days does it for web browsing etc?
