Shouldn't have to really, but ex tennants have loads of unpaid bills, I have a mobile everyone who I want to contact me has this, so no reason for telephone to be used at all.

So the tenants can dial out but not get incoming calls, sounds strange to me?:w00t:

^^^ this, why do you want to block incoming and not outgoing?

Ye thats one way, wont automatically block calls.

Someone rings, BT answer machine picks it up asks for name, then BT answer machine will call the landline number and say this name and number wants to call you and you say yes or no.

£7.50 a quarter

Ex tennants, OP is obviously getting chase up calls.

Same.

Could you not just get a number change?

Don't bother with B.T.
