Boohoo vs BoohooMAN

At first I thought Boohoo was for womenswear and BoohooMAN was dedicated for menswear, but I see the main boohoo.com sell the same menswear from the BoohooMAN website

Anyone know the difference between the two, and why are they running two sites?
