Boots 3 for 2 question

Hi

I was just wondering if anyone could help me, I bought my eldest some toys for christmas in the 3 for 2 at boots but shes now changed her mind about one of them, can I return if and get a refund? Or would they want me to return all 3?

Sorry if this is a daft question but just thought id ask before I try to take it back tomorrow.

Thanks

i imagine that would only work on the cheapest item seeing as that was the item you got for free.
If not i imagine all 3 would need to be returned. Boots could stand to lose money if the dearest item could be returned for a refund. Just ring them tomorrow morning

Not sure, maybe see if there is something you can exchange it for instead to get best 'value' though as I doubt they'd refund you the full price.

You either have to take em all back or keep em all. Or give them 1 back for free . . . . .

Agree with you sickly sweet - see if there's something else of roughly the same value that you can exchange it with? I had to return something a couple of years ago on the same offer and swapped it for something totally different but for the same amount so it didn't cause any problems. My sister however took something back and got a refund for a third of the total price of the deal so its pot luck on who serves probably.

Thanks, will see if I can swap it for something else

Return it without receipt to any store that sells the product if it is not a Boots own brand product. They will normally give you a gift card/voucher/credit note to spend on something else instead. Just say that it was an unwanted gift. Return to whoever is selling it at the most expensive price for the best return! Otherwise return to Boots without receipt.
