boots points order cancelled?

hi I placed a boots order last month and paid with my points .then I recieved a email saying my order was cancelled by boots .doesn't say why.2 days ago I placed another order I brought a £36 perfume paid with my points I've just checked my emails and got a email saying order was cancelled by boots .no reason why.i have been placing lots of orders with boots lately paying with PayPal. I've had one cancelled last month .but I don't get why they can't bother telling me in the email WHY they have been cancelled getting quite annoyed with them now .especially when the perfume is now out of stock.
