Have just bought one of these chairs and it's arrived now. It's the Pyramat S1500W Blue & Black

Have just tested it out and it's far to small for me and uncomfotable. It seems that it's not fit for any adult of my size i'm 5ft 7in.

I'm also have alot of radio interferance on all the channels through the wireless system which is not good. It says he Accepts returns. Would these be valid enough reasons to return the chair? His listing was quite vague about these particular details. - 120513307434

Which Pyramat Chairs are Adult or are they all small like this one?

Hi Marky,

Hope you're well.

Regardless of the size issue you have a concern about the wireless functionality. It may well be faulty, or it may be because of interference in your home.

If Returns are accepted by the seller you may be charged a re-stocking fee, or have to pay for the return postage yourself (without being reimbursed).

I would contact the (eBay?) seller & not mention the size problem as this may seem like you have changed your mind. If the chair is at fault you can request a refund. The seller may insist on a replacement, but stick to your desired outcome.

Is this an established (private) seller, a seller will little feedback, or a trader?

If trading through a Company name then you can return the goods under the Distance Selling Regulations terms, even if there is no fault (but concerns about the wireless functionality &/or the ability to seat you in comfort are two good reasons for a refund anyway). The seller may not refund your postage costs though.

Good luck.

BFN,

fp.
