i bought an item worth £200.
the tracking says delivered but I have not received it. I waited 2 days for ebay to resolve this and they closed the case saying the decision is based on the delivery and so no refund.
I was told by ebay to contact courier (royal mail) to open investigatation and send us docs of none delivery proof. This can take 7 days or more.
lol my questions why do I need to chase and open cases with courier? if they came back and said sorry we cannot provide this because it was delivered to the correct location, this means I just lost 200 pounds?
im so angry and confused here. shouldnt the seller do all this?
