Found 1st Jan 2009
Hi im looking for the cheapest britax 123 car seat in either black or grey, its £99.99 in mothercare and have a voucher for 10% off, but have to pay £5 delivery. Boots have a deal for £103 with delivery, but mother care still works out cheaper.
Does anyone know of any better deals than this?
Many Thanks

Urgh, would you say the same about baby poo? If their nappy leaked in the seat!
Ive bought a 2nd hand buggy, moses basket, toys, but i just would never buy a 2nd hand car seat just in case. You just never know.

For the sake of your child please check that the seat fits your car, just because you have a seat from the same manufacturer doesn't mean that another model of seat will fit.
The most important aspect with child seats is that they fit in car properly.

I have this seat and am totally with the person above I had a different brittax and wanted to change for same reason and purchased the britax 123. I really wished id saved my money as it terrible fit in my car the seat belt is really difficult to thread through and when fitted it is all twisted it is also not a good seat to move from car to next if you need to. So I would definately check the brittax website to see if it is compatible to your car.

Thanks for you comments. Im gonna pop down to mothercare tomorrow and try a few out, i thought britax was a good make, but like you say if it doesnt fit in the car properly then its a waste of money.

Asda have this seat for £50, i just picked one up-the britax evolva 1-2-3-ultra

they seem to be £120 in Asda now: :-(
