BT Broadband / Topcashback
Signed up 2 weeks ago. I missed the £150 reward card but got £125. Due to activate on the 10th. I phoned BT today to see if they'll change my reward card from the £125 to £200 they currently have on offer. The woman said it's and online thing, but she can either give me £10 goodwill credit or I cancel and reorder to get the higher value reward card. Topcashback tracked at £90. Anyone know if I cancel under the 14 day cooling off and reorder for the larger reward card whether it would still track in TCB? Would it still consider me as a new customer if I cancel and reorder?
