Bt fibre delayed installation

Bt fibre should have been installed last Tuesday and it's still not working. Call everyday and it's always going to working the next day and still waiting. Apparently only a specialist engineer can fix the problem.

Already managed to get them to add bt sports for a year (on sky) for free but wondered what compensation I should be pushing for?

Worst installation service Ive ever received.

I'm not sure if this will help but did you post on the bt forums, I done that and it got picked up by one of the staff and they got everything sorted a lot quicker and kept in constant contact.
Maybe worth a go.
None - the problem is openreach probably and not BT consumer as your service provider, so you would have had exactly the same issue with any other service provider that used openreach
When we switched from sky adsl to BT fibre it was done all on time with no issue or engineer having to enter the property.
You might be able to cancel at this point.
You've already received compensation but you want more? FFS.
