    Bt high level complaints email needed.

    Essentially have had phone line and internet 6 months and problems the whole time, the first bill they tried to collect from the wrong account(wasnt even mine) then charged me a fee then cut me off, I complained and paid by card and they reconnected me(though I still paid for a week I didnt use)

    Then in Janurary got that quarters bill saying I had payment charges, reconnection charges etc.

    I complained and didnt hear back.

    Sorry 3rd(I think) thread and they are all problem related lol

    Anyway they never attempted to take money out of my account and just been disconnected again(was yesterday) and again they want reconnection charges etc, so they want over £80 in charges and unpaid fees etc.

    When I phone I get the Indian call centre who dont understand a single thing I say and claim they are putitng me on hold or putting me through to another department then disconnect me!

    Bt Are Pants There Policy Is To Get As Much Money Out Of You As They Can,end Of(sob's)

    contact ofcom... the number is on the back of your bill... they will give you the number you need to call and even suggest what you should say AND if you dont get any joy, then you just call them back and let them loose on BT . They have been extremely effective for myself and friends I have told in the past. Best of luck

    Well last time I contacted them, and it was ok, and last year sorted out the installation charge when the guy didnt come and said he did etc. High level complaints do sort things out

    I had problems with BT a while back. Emailed the top man at the time - Ben Verwayeen I think his name was - and got it sorted.

    I think they may have settled this by now........3 and a half years is a long time to take to write an email. X)
