Standard prices for Landline and Mobile Calls that aren't included in your Calling Plan are changing on 31 March 2021 as follows:
BT Landline and BT Mobile services (including most rental and call prices) will increase each year by CPI plus 3.9%. For example, on BT Mobile, out of bundle calls to UK mobiles will increase by CPI plus 3.9% from 35p per minute to 36.57p per minute. The price of your TV service will now increase annually by CPI plus 3.9%. If you're happy with your current package at the new price, you don't need to do anything. Alternatively, call us on 0800 141 2896 by 14 March 2021 if you want to leave your TV service without paying a fee. On products that are outside your minimum contract term, which you can see above, you can also leave without paying a fee. You'll continue to be charged during your notice period, but you won't be charged for any increase in price during that time.
This may help those who want to get out of their contract early.
