is there a body or organisation that i should ensure that an insurance company is part of before taking out cover. many thanks

nice 1 im with tesco since we bought our house 3 years ago dont know if you have to go with a specialist company if its whole block tho

cheers mate, i have had a few quotes from companies. I think they are specialists and have never heard of them. Just didnt want to make a mistake and go with a dodgy company

Every insurance company/broker has to a member of the Financial Services Authority.

Ask for their number and check the FSA website.
